Terms of Use

Using our website

Welcome to HOBIBEAR. This website lets you browse our products, read information about the store, and place orders. Please use the site in a way that respects other visitors, the store, and the services needed to keep it working.

Product and website information

Read the information for the specific item you are considering. General collection descriptions introduce a category; the product description provides the details relevant to that item. If something appears unclear or inconsistent, ask us for clarification before purchasing.

Your details and account

Provide accurate details when placing an order or sending a request. If you use a customer account, keep your sign-in information private and avoid sharing it through ordinary support messages. Contact us if you need help with the details associated with an order.

Appropriate use

Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, access information that is not intended for you, or submit misleading or harmful material. Keep messages relevant to the assistance or information you are requesting.

Orders and policies

Purchases are described in our Terms of Purchase. Delivery and return information is available in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Please consult those pages for the practical details of ordering from the store.
